Development Standing Committee

   The Development Standing Committee of the Grama Panchayat is an important committee responsible for planning and leading the implementation of the Panchayat’s overall development activities. The committee monitors and provides guidance on projects related to infrastructure development, agricultural development, employment schemes, poverty alleviation, housing projects, drinking water schemes, road development, and other development sectors. It plays a crucial role in the preparation of the Panchayat’s annual development plan and in ensuring that government schemes reach the people effectively. With the cooperation of the Panchayat President and members, the primary objective of the committee is to promote the social and economic development of the village.
