Grama Panchayat

The Health and Education Standing Committee of the Grama Panchayat is a key committee responsible for coordinating activities related to public health and educational development within the village. The committee implements various programs and initiatives aimed at improving the functioning of Primary Health Centres, Family Health Centres, Anganwadis, and schools, while also promoting public health and well-being. It takes the lead in sanitation activities, immunization camps, health awareness programs, and efforts to improve the quality of education for students. In addition, the committee plays an important role in implementing welfare schemes for children, women, and senior citizens, as well as in enhancing educational facilities and opportunities within the Panchayat.
